Kenpo4Kids
KenPo4Kids is a Karate/Taekwondo class held at Club Five Dock RSL every Thursday Night. Kenpo combines combant techniqies, self defence, sport, exercise, and in some cases meditation and philosphy. Wayne Turnbull who is your instructor is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, 2nd Degree Brown belt in Kenpo and has been teaching martial arts for 19 years.
Wayne holds classes for Kids from 6.30pm – 7.30pm and Adult classes from 7.30pm – 9.00pm
